Remington Inn & Suites in Altamonte Springs, Florida

I have stayed there for a long term . Very mixed reviews on here . First Anna the manager has been very nice to me the whole time. Few things needing fixed were taken care of. I had no signs of bugs in my room. There is a mix of people who do make this hotel there home . My only complaint is the pool is never open. If you are in a crunch and need a place the price is good.

We arrived Saturday the 17th around 4-5pm and got a room. It was around 90 dollars total. Upon arrival we ran into ur first issue with the WiFi code not working. We took it back and the lady just gave us a refund. Didn’t offer another option or code for us. That was fine not a huge deal. Then around 1:40am we were getting ready for bed and found a bed bug, I decided to further inspect the bed and found MANY. I seen 3 adults and 4 baby’s. This was just under the covers I didn’t look under the sheets or box spring. We called the front desk to see if we could get a new room. The lady, Ana, said no we couldn’t swap rooms but if we left now keep in mind it’s 2am, we could get a refund. We called multiple other hotels in the area and all were booked so we had no option but to stay in this room. By morning I had bites ALL over my legs and arms. We tried again to get a refund in the morning and nothing was offered. We were told we should have left the night before if we wanted a refund. Absolutely disgusting hotel and disgusting staff. Ana should be fired and the company should be reviewed by the health inspector.
