Horrible Experiences went into the store back on Nov.7 got 3 phones and Michael told us about the Hum for our business vehicles and we loved it. He told us he will give us a discount for being a business leaving them at $8 per Hum so we got 3, they didn't have them at the store so he said he will bring them to our office and install them. IT WAS ALL AMAZING. A week later we are calling him trying to set up a time for this almost impossible to get a hold of him finally we set for Friday Nov 16 and no call no show. Monday we called to check what had happen and they tell us Michael is on vacation. We had to explain everything to another associate we thought everything was good. Here comes Wednesday Nov 22 we get this super friendly guy come out he get here without no Hums cause in the system it said we had them already. We couldn't do anything due to Thanksgiving. Monday Nov 27 we received a bill from Verizon charging us $12 per hum ( that ones we have yet to received) we call Michael, now he is claiming we already have the device with us we are pretty much annoyed at this point. We call Verizon Costumer Services to talk about our bill and our issue now, The lady was super nice and helpful she couldn't believe our story. She said the Hum are actually only $5 a month each. She went ahead and called Michael for us and he told her that he had the device that he had called us and told us this ( never did ). Just a hot mess never again going to this store they dont know what they are doing, and Michael has terrible costumer services.

I’m not sure what the negative review are for, some people just can’t be pleased... I recently purchased some devices from this location and the manager Michael went above and beyond the needed effort to make me feel comfortable and engaged. This is my new home store! The reps are fantastic as well, everyone was laughing and having fun with my family as well. Give this store a shot and you won’t be let down!
