Thirteen of 24 metro Orlando hospitals received an 'A' Hospital Safety Grade from the Leapfrog Group, a national independent nonprofit that focuses on patient safety in hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. The new spring 2023 report was released May 2. Most of the high local scores went to hospitals owned by Altamonte Springs-based AdventHealth, followed by Orlando Health — both of whom are among the Central Florida's largest employers.
