A Florida woman from Altamonte Springs has been accused of pulling a gun on an employee in a McDonald's drive-thru during an argument over a free cookie, according to police. Altamonte Springs Police arrived at the McDonald's restaurant at approximately 11:30 AM on Thursday (2/16/23) after receiving calls of a woman with a gun in her hand, according to the arrest report. The charging affidavit indicates that 24-year-old Amari Hendricks became angry with an employee for not asking her about the restaurant location's rewards program, which Hendricks believed would entitle her to a free cookie after the program was not mentioned to her.
