Rasmussen University has upgraded its Altamonte Springs campus to produce more nurses during a time of critical demand locally. The Bloomington, Minnesota-based for-profit college just reopened its North Orlando campus at 385 N. Douglas Avenue, Suite 1000, this week for the first time since September 2022. Students were moved to a temporary location in south Orlando after Hurricane Ian and while renovations were ongoing. Why this matters: Colleges often are among the largest providers of skilled workforce for employers.
